Dear Customers, Business Partners, and Visitors, As ATMACA ELECTRONICS INDUSTRY AND TRADE INC. (“ATMACA” or “Company”), we attach high value on the security of your personal information. In this context, we would like to inform you about your personal data and processing processes as “data controller” in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“PDPA”). You can find detailed information on the issues mentioned in this text from the SUNNY DATA PRIVACY POLICY published at www.sunny.com.tr.

In accordance with the relevant article of the Law, your identity and contact information is collected directly from you in the electronic environment, within the scope of the membership agreements you have signed with our company through our websites, the product and service purchases you have made through our websites, the support and communication forms you fill out on our websites for the management of your requests and complaints, and the establishment/performance of the contract is processed for our legitimate interests, provided that all our legal obligations, especially our manufacturer and seller, are fulfilled and not harming your freedoms.

Again, the purchase of our company’s products by you, in cases where the product is installed or the products are taken to technical services, within the framework of our responsibilities, as the manufacturer and guarantor of the product, your identity and contact information, as well as the product information you purchased, are processed by our company in the physical environment through the filled technical service forms.

Your Personal Information

is processed for fulfilling financial and legal obligations that occur as a result of a business or contractual relationship
To carry out transactions and activities required by commercial / contractual relations
Establishment and execution of Corporate and Individual Membership agreements

For the same purposes, it can be transferred to our suppliers, business partners, technical services, and authorized public institutions and organizations.

YOUR RIGHTS STATED IN ARTICLE 11 OF THE LAW NO 6698

To learn whether your Personal Data is processed or not,
To request information regarding the personal data if they are processed,
To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in line with their purpose,
To know the third parties to whom your Personal Data is transferred at home or abroad,
To request the correction of incomplete or incorrect processing of personal data;
To Request the deletion or destruction of your Personal Data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the PDPA legislation
Request notification of your Personal Data to third parties,
To Object to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
To claim damages if you incur losses due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
